I had to share this, it came in from a post on Capt. Richard J. Rodriguez's Bitter End (click to see actual post). As quickly determined by the comment's, this took place at Marina Del Ray in Los Angeles, CA - - - Explanation?? The only thing I can offer is - - CALIFORNIA - laugh on!!
