Not that anyone cares, but it has been just over a month since my last post - - It is a rainy Friday, kicking off the 2012 Labor day weekend with heavy (badly needed) rain - - with predictions of at least 2 days of rain coming for this holiday weekend, I thought I would try to at least show that we still have a pulse.
July and August of this year may well set a record for us. We have been very busy and the phone keeps ringing - - Boating appears to be up quite a bit this year, thanks in part to the lower "on water" fuel prices, we have also noted a larger number of BIG BOATS on the water this year. Of course,
more boats, means
more work for us - - Our
BUI tows have passed last year's total so far this year. In spite of all the efforts to discourage Boating Under the Influence, it seems to follow with the increase in boating as a whole - - -.
We had a large number of sinking. swamping and grounding calls in the last 2 months as well - - following photo's are some of the highlights from the many cases we have worked with Atlantis Dive:
HAVE A SAFE, SANE AND ENJOYABLE LABOR DAY WEEKEND AND A GREAT FALL! KEEP THE "WET SIDE" DOWN - -
