Hitting the proverbial NAIL on the head - It's Time -

While stationed on the west coast during the 70's and early 80's including the Bering Sea patrols, I had the fortunate opportunity to observe these creatures in their (dwindling) natural habitat and I can say first hand that they are a marvel to see and enjoy - I have also seen them "perform" at the various locations, including the one where this tragic accident occurred.  I believe Mr Cousteau's comments ( to be both sensitive and completely on track.
